As we have been in Koh Phangan since 2003 we tend to think in terms of long-term living, not just holidays. This is reflected in our choice of design, build, and materials. In other words, we make houses, not embellished bungalows.
We have lived and worked in the Koh Phangan real estate and construction, and at one time, legal services professions for over 20 years. Now we have the opportunity to put our experience and amassed knowledge into our very own builds. We welcome you to our lovely houses too.

Our Koh Phangan villas for sale are in a conveniently located area of the island called Coconut Lane. From here it's only a two-minute drive to the amazing sunset Hin Kong sea-front and only five minutes to busy Sri Thanu. Shopping and the restaurants and bars of Tong Sala are only an easy ten-minute ride or drive away also. Well-connected but also peaceful.

We're not just in it for the fast Koh Phangan buck! Don't believe us? Well, an easy way to confirm that is just to look at our villa spacing. Could we have squeezed more houses into our land to make more money? Could we have made our houses the minimum legal distance of 4m away from each other as other 'developers' do? Sure, but we don't feel that is our primary goal. We take pride in our builds and strive for great results!

Where is Koh Phangan?
Ah, I am glad you asked! Koh Phangan is often called the sister island to the larger island of Koh Samui. Koh means island in Thai if you didn't know already.
Still no wiser? Ok, well, we are based in the Thai Gulf, 50km from the Thai mainland and approx. 390km from Cambodia. Or just click here to see!
Our closest airports are Koh Samui (USM) and also Surat Thani (URT)
You can also access Koh Phangan via train to Surat Thani, actually a bit outside at a place called Phun Phin, and then take a bus and boat to us.
Another way to get here from Bangkok is to take a bus to a town called Chumpon and then take a (longer) boat ride calling at Koh Tao and then Koh Phangan.

So, I will say they are in a beautiful Koh Phangan area called Coconut Lane.
As the name suggests, this area has peaceful little lanes and is away from busier, faster roads.
It is also well connected to the yoga epicentre of Srithanu, the restaurants, and sunsets of Hin Kong, the superb west coast beaches of Haad Yao, Haad Salad, Haad Chao Pao, etc., and also not too far from the supermarkets and bustle of our 'capital' Thong Sala!
